Staff was overall ok,, apart from the evening staff at the female spa on the 20th Dec which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed, as I do not appreciate being followed around the area with unfriendly and bad manners. A wonderful hotel stay. The staff were exceptional and the facilities were outstanding. The sangara lounge was a real treat. Our son loved the kids club too, especially the fishing!

The place was very aged and they couldn’t really change our room so we had to walk so so far from the beach to get to our room. The place is really big and old and really needs refurbishing. The restaurant was good.
