Bundilla 4 is an ideally located property in Jindabyne, conveniently positioned within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Upon entering the property there are stairs that take you to a flat level apartment which features a spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area, with complimentary WiFi, and a generously sized balcony furnished with a BBQ and outdoor setting furnishing, offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The recently installed reverse cycle air conditioning system (May 2022) maintains a comfortable temperature all year round, while guests can relax by the open fireplace during the winter months (please note that wood is not provided).
The accommodation caters to families and provides an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, a main bathroom, separate toilet, internal laundry facilities, and two off-street parking spaces.
For children, there is a separate TV room off the living area for relaxation after a long day out.
