This two storey, three bedroom townhouse features open plan living with a large kitchen/ dining/ living area, two bathrooms (one with spa bath), double lock-up garage and boasts reverse-cycle air conditioning, an Espressotoria coffee pod machine, Wifi, and WII console with games. Silvertrees 4 is the perfect spot for the ski trip with the family, fishing with your mates in summer or even a cheeky trip away with the girls!

The full size kitchen has every thing you need for a great trip away including plenty of Champagne and wine glasses, and there is also a weber bbq on the deck for outside cooking. The master bedroom with a king size bed is located on the top level with ensuite. Located on the ground floor are Bedroom 2 which has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 that consists of a single bed and a tri bunk and a TV.

This property offers reverse cycle A/C in the living / kitchen area, electric panel heaters in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

Ideal for families or groups of friends, this accommodation is a great choice for both summer and winter. In close proximity to all shops, restaurants and Lake Jindabyne, guests can enjoy walks along the foreshore, fishing, water sports, horse riding and mountain bike riding throughout the Snowy Mountains summer. Alternatively it is a mere 30 minutes to the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo to enjoy all that winter brings.

Perfect location and amazing views

The house was very cosy and comfortable, had all facilities needed for our stay and was right across the beautiful Jindabyne lake. Right from the check-in to stay and check out, everything was on time and communication was crystal clear. We loved our time here. Thank you, Namratha

This was a great spot! We stayed with a group of friends and it was charming! well kept little spot close to everything. For snow accom, it's the most insulated and warm place i've stayed, and i come down each season. My only small criticisms are: they left no bin bags for us at the property and very little toilet paper so we had to buy both. The spot is noisy (being next to the pub) we didn't mind at all, but a family trying to put their kids to bed, might! I would stay here again.

Great place to stay with family

Super close to shops and places to eat. Great space for our family with room to spread out. Netflix was great to put on for the kids after a long day skiing.

Great location for our ski trip. Stroll to pub, bowling club and shops. Plenty of room, everything you need, heating in all rooms, heated bathroom floors and sizable laundry for drying gear. Easy check in and communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

Plus side. Great location and good layout. Attention reqd in the following. Vertical blinds broken and missing blades in most windows, poor attention to general cleaning, bed slats missing in single bed, stains on floor rugs, inadequate glassware, inadequate linen (tea towels), squeaking beds. Advertised photos does not accurately reflect condition of unit. Garages,(2 supplied and lockable, great!) could not accommodate any type of vehicle with roof racks/skis etc. Unit very much needs overhaul!

Great location and great setup

Has everything you need plus more. Great location, could walk to cafes, info centre and pub in just a few minutes. Also an easy 30mins drive to ski fields. We have 2 little boys who enjoyed the balcony and the wiggles dvd!
