The hotel is fairly nice, modern, just a bit dated. Rooms are kept well. Just sound proofing is not that great. You get free Korean style spa ticket which we enjoyed. Free morning breakfast is okay (I'm a Marriott member and it's somewhat comparable to that).

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be new and the view was nice. We had complementary water in our room. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. We have found trash from the people who lived there before and asked the staff to clean it. It has been removed but not cleaned. It was OK but not very komfortable.

I booked the ONDOL type room for four people, but there were only three bedding sets, and the futon size was too thin for the hard floor, so I could not sleep well. We were told we would have to pay extra for another person, so the options were not good.

Nao consegui dormir por causa do ar condicionado.

O ar condicionado do quarto รฉ muito ruim. Vento em cima da cama e fica ligando e desligando a noite toda. Fica muito frio ou muito quente. Nao consegui dormir direito por causa disso. Reclamei na recepรงรฃo, mas nao consertaram. O suporte de toalhas no banheiro esta a quebrado. Hotel muito bom, mas precisa de manutenรงรฃo.
