"This place is great! James was exceedingly helpful in the weeks prior to our visit. Thank you James! The house is beautiful and the folks taking care of it are lovely. Everything worked well, with the exception of the WiFi which was slow and only really available in the kitchen — not a big deal for us though; we have phones for hot spots & it meant that we enjoyed the resort (and the cafe) for our early morning work calls. "We enjoyed our at Casa Abdo and will book it on our next visit to the ranch. The view is amazing and the house is a short drive/long walk to the clubhouse area. Playa Rosada is at the bottom of the hill below the house. There are 4 separate air conditioned areas of the house - a kitchen/living area and a master upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs.
