The place was very nice and the ocean view fantastic from the balcony. However, the shower was nasty, I mean really nasty! Just a shame! The owner would not spend much by putting in some wall tile, if he really cared.

Foi razoável, reservei o quarto c 2 camas de casal e 1 sofá cama, já começou q no quarto tinha apenas 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro c o sofá cama, os ar-condicionado não estava gelando direito e estava c barulho, entrei em contato c a equipe do hotel e depois c o proprietário e nd foi resolvido sobre a troca do quarto! Eu paguei por algo q no final me frustrei em relação a estadia.

Experiência boa, voltaria a me hospedar

Apartamento 414 bem legal, cama de casal, duas de solteiro todos juntos colados... No outro ambiente um sofá que disseram ser sofá cama mas não testamos... Tiraram o controle remoto do ar condicionado de lá... Liga pelo botão mas está configurado pra 29 graus.. inviável... Então hospedagem não daria certo pra 4 adultos... Limpeza boa... No hotel tem um restaurante que serve café da manhã buffet por 40 reais (agosto 2025) a senhora que fica no caixa é muito simpática. O local é parada de fotos por ser mirante... Então ouvirá vozes o tempo todo mas a porta de vidro filtra bastante.... De manhã as 5h o sol já brilha e é lindo... Chuveiro bom mas a regulagem de temperatura estava um pouco ruim de deixar morno...

A estrutura do apto interna eh muito sem cuidado, torneira velha, utensilios de coInha quase nenhum. Chegamos e o chao ainda estava molhado. E tivemos q pagar uma taxa pq estavamos com 1 pet.

Estadia decepcionante

Essa é a nossa segunda experiência no hotel e diferente da primeira, agora foi decepcionante. Alugamos um quarto com vista para o mar, mas ficamos em um quarto sem vista para o mar, com uma varanda minúscula sem nenhuma cadeira para sentar. A televisão cheia de listras, sem condições de assistir. O teto estava com machas de infiltração, a parede do banheiro rachada, a caixa de energia estava sem tampa, com os fios expostos, um perigo para quem tem criança. Outra questão, informei na reserva que iriam 3 pessoas e na mesa só tinha duas cadeiras. A internet péssima. A única coisa que se salvava no quarto, era a cama ,o chuveiro e o ar-condicionado. Diante de tanta insatisfação, perguntamos a recepção se haveria possibilidade de trocarmos de quarto, aí disseram que quem resolvia isso era a ADM da reserva. Resumindo, ficou jogando um para o outro e tivemos que ficar nesse quarto terrível. E não tinha um armário ou prateleira para deixar nossos objetos pessoais.

Experiência boa, de modo geral, estadia excelente, com oferta de quarto muito confortável. Só faço observação no ambiente da piscina, pois um refletor estava queimado e não ascenderam as luzes (luminárias das mesas) durante o horário de funcionamento da noite. No mais, super indico o hotel. E atribuo 4 estrelas.

Segunda vexz que fico hospedado no mesmo hotel que possui 2 quartos e o banheiro do segundo quarto apresenta um vazamento e esta sempre molhado. Com relação ao quarto é muito bom para 3 pessoas, porém os móveis são um pouco antigo, mas a localização é excelente.

Em relação ao apartamento atende muito bem uma familia o casal e 2 crianças , tem eletrodoméstico ea recepção check-in e chek out tudo muito rápido. Ponto negativo o estacionamento, sai a noite para jantar e na volta constava um aviso que o mesmo estava lotado , tive que deixar meu carro na rua . Obs: apos acomodar meus filhos fui ao estacionamento e tinha uma vaga , fui falar com o recepcionista o mesmo falou que eu nao podia colocar o meu carro naquela vaga , pedi maiores explicações e ele falou que aquela vaga fica desocupada pq ia atrapalhar o carro vermelho que estava estacionado. Sem ar condicionado não dá em JAMPA

Quarto amplo, vista para o mar. Ponto negativo que o quarto fica na lateral e pega todo o sol da manhã, onde sem o ar condicionado da sala (que estava quebrado) não havia condições de ficar na sala, onde meus filhos dormiriam. Não resolveram o problema do ar e tampouco ofertaram a troca de local.

Falta manutenção

Vou uma 2 a 3 vezes no mês para sair da rotinas. A observação que faço, são alguns apartamentos sem manutenção, inclusive o que fiquei estava com a cama quebrada, painel da tv com a prateleira quebrada, banheiro com ducha e box vazando, sem mesa pra apoio na cozinha, algumas lâmpadas queimadas e a varanda sem luz. São 2 ar-condicionado o da sala esta quabrado e o do quarto sujo, precisando de manutenção e na madrugada o mesmo parou de funcionar. Falta manutenção.
