"I would give this hotel a zero star for staff if I could. We arrived only to not have a room. The lady helping us said she could see the reservation, but couldn’t access it. When I asked what they could do about it so we could stay, the other lady up front looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. All the rooms were booked so we had to find another place to stay. "Very homey vibes from the staff. Pool was a little cold but most of them are and once you swim you get warm I like cold pools because then the pool is usually empty. Hot tub was nice. Very kind staff also helpful. We were late to breakfast but the manager made sure we got a plate anyways. Wish the rooms were just a tad more clean but only because it was my first time bringing my 9 month old to a hotel so that was mostly a me thing. "

"This hotel is conveniently located off the free way and a short drive to downtown Omaha. One morning we drive to the riverside park and walking path in Omaha for a lovely morning walk. "
