The shuttle driver was super creepy, the reception staff made no effort to accommodate me, spa fully booked… turned out hotel eas barely occupied…when taken to my room??? Expecting a Radddison experience… I was dismayed to find a travel lodge box… thanks goes to reception on evening shift who “upgraded” me… Just felt conned. "I travelled to the Radisson Gautrain for a business trip with my daughter. The staff, particularly Precious, Ursula and Blessing were particularly helpful with the check-in and our entire stay. My daughter was also given a special treat for her birthday!! The shuttle was also very helpful for moving around the area and trips to Mandela square and the mall."
