Great walkable from the shopping area and because of the parking included you don’t have to pay to park in the mall. I didn’t eat onsite as so can’t review the food. Staff were friendly and the place is fairly modern and of a decent standard. Would stay again

The service was excellent. Special thanks to Reagile, Veronica, Kwado and Buyelwa. The breakfast team was very nice. The welcome is very warm. This area of ​​Johannesburg is nice close to Rosebank Malo. On the other hand, the ventilation made a terrible noise in my room and the swimming pool is not heated.

Very nice location Overall very nice hotel But room 217 problem was there was a constant water noice from the pipes Either all floor plumbing is by room 217 as the noise was coming all through nite & morning.

All the staff were so friendly at this property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Everything is extremely clean, breakfast is phenomenal, the coffee is so good! I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The pool is awesome, although it was far too cold to swim while we were staying. Thank you thank you everyone for your incredible hospitality!! We hope to come back some day!

Small modern apartment living like in Europe

Small “IKEA”-style living but with all the comfort such as great bedding and mattress, modern showers and lovely small breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep during the night (between 2 and 3am) due to shouting and several door slammings over an hour by a bachelorrettes party group on the same level - even though we asked to be accommodated in a quiet room.

Money was stolen

Money was stolen from my room. To which I complained at the main desk. They got the inquiry done and concluded that they can find nothing. They had CCTV footage showing the room service staff entering the room than closed the door and came out after a long time. My bag was broken too.

Nice property, unlikely to return.

The hotel offers high quality accommodation for the price; however it did offer some negatives. Location is good, I’ve stayed in many places in Rosebank however 2 things meant I wouldn’t consider again. 1. Although one street back from Oxford Road and the main commercial area I felt uncomfortable walking after dark. Security is present due to De Beers/Anglo American HQ. 2. I felt the hotel caters for people of a certain religious background as opposed to offering all clients a choice. Whilst I respect people having to chose certain options to comply with their beliefs, personally I don’t think it should be imposed on everyone. Beside these 2 points the hotel was amazing and staff very good.

We needed a safe quiet place to stay when my son was in the hospital and this was the perfect place. The staff were warm and caring. It felt good to come back after a long day at the hospital to a peaceful and warm environment. It is walking distance to a very nice mall with many restaurant options or the food at the hotel is also very good.
