Older but decent property. Food was really good and the spa looked nice. Not a good hotel for solo travelers - too remote and isolating on parts of the property. Poor wifi at th back of the property. Better for group stays. Rooms do not have modern amenities.

Very quiet in the hotel, and has the hospitality with plenty of staff to help. Dinner at "Chief's Boma" was great, and breakfast was also great. And it was very convenient that we can ride to front of our room.

The rooms are in need of upgrade. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. One of the basins in the bathroom was clogged . No shampoo and only one bath towel in room. Not what one would expect from a conference venue. Service from staff was excellent.

Food was of poor quality. Hair in the steak sauce. The gym is a complete joke. The hotel should remove that from the amenities list. Hotel is old and tired. Curtains in room cannot close fully.

1 the room was not ready when we hot there 2 my mom had to clim stairs and she had back problems 3 there was hardly water 4 the aircon made such a noice we coundt sleep 5the breakfast was so cold you just left it 6 next day hardly wart and NO HOT water I am shocked for what we had to pay and had to receive this

Das Hotel ist riesig. Für Kongresse und Veranstaltungen schön. Tolle Anlage, mit Park, Teich, usw. Aber übernachtet woanders! 2 Mal Zimmer getauscht, weil Toiletten defekt. Zimmer sind alt und wohl ewig nicht renoviert. Mit weißen Socken über den Teppich des gerade bezogenen Zimmers gelaufen und die weißen Socken waren an der Sohle braun ….

Cappuchino kaffe kostar extra i en dyr frukost. :(

Som Silver kund på Hotel.com skulle vi få insatt ett belopp på vårt rumskonto som skulle kunna spenderas .Detta hände aldrig . När man betalar typ 250 rand för frukost borde en specialkaffe ingå .Här debiterades jag extra för en Cappuchino .Ej bra -frukosten även knapphändig för det höga priset ..typ litet urval på ost och ingen rökt lax.Bad om papertissues till rummet..fick inte .Inte deras policy
