"We went to the concert of bad bunny and we got the power banks as gifts, we leave those in the room and when we leave for a long walk we didn’t realize until the night that the power banks where not longer in the room. When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out."

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Originally a prison, it has been converted into a quirky, comfortable hotel retaining many of the features. The bedrooms were cells, small but well equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The position is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm but all the better. "Siamo stati 2 notti e comodissima la posizione affianco alla metro che porta in poco tempo a quella centrale. Fra l altro una delle metro tutte dipinte. Vicino anche alla fermata del treno 41 che proviene da vicino aeroporto incluso nell abbonamento SL. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ben fornita e buona per il salato, praticamente assente il dolce, salvo un paio d tipo d muffin vegani e poi solo dei mini croissant nn tipici e neache d qualità, hanno tanti buoni dolci tipici...

"Séjour d'une semaine. Hôtel incroyable. Un service de qualité. Un personnel souriant et accueillant. Vous pouvez croiser Annick, un vrai rayon de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est varié et qualitatif. Des espaces communs bien entretenu que ce soit les salons dans les étages ou bien le sauna (gratuit). La literie est très confortable. Très bonne insolation. L'aéroport n'est vraiment pas bruyant. Il y a peut-être 3 avions par jour grand maximum. En revanche, il faut bien 45min pour rejoindre...

"I made my reservation through Expedia, when arriving at 10pm the system to unlock the door, did not work. The machine that deliver key cards was not working either. I called the contact number and they said they will be sending somebody to help us enter. After 90 minutes waiting in the hallway, I called back to check on the status on the person that was coming. They decided not to come because I was not in "the list". Not knowing anything abalone any list, I had to force them to check my paid...
