"We had a great visit in Harpers Ferry staying at the 1799 Inn Pullman Suite. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is definitely the best part - we could explore by foot, easily return to use the bathroom or cool off and it was only a short walk. Would suggest adding a cutting board. Thank you."

"The posting warns about low ceilings and insects. I'm 6'1" and did fine, just watched my head on the step. I did see one spider, but otherwise very clean and not buggy. My only other criticism is there is one small trash can in the kitchen area and not the bathroom. Very cute and very comfortable, especially for just one night. My wife complimented it multiple times during our short time there."

"Amazing hosts- rental had games, welcome kit, fully stocked kitchen , plenty of blankets, fans, books and toiletries. The parking spot is a game changer and the location was perfect. Keep in mind this house is historic and probably 100 years old so just know what to expect for an interior that old but if you love history you’ll love the house. Warning if you have toddlers/little kids with old stairs and low or no railings. It was perfect for our hiking weekend getaway. We loved the TV room, the porch, the amenities and the beds were so comfy!- light sleepers the trains come all night! The hosts really put effort into a good experience and would definitely recommend!"
