"My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Nest. It was perfect for our visit to the Wild Center. Only 3 miles away. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Kevin greeted us when we arrived and was on hand to answer any question we had about the area or the accommodations. His location is perfect for hiking or biking. It is a short walk to the Rail Trail. We had our dog with us and there were lots of walking areas for him. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Tupper Lake area. Thanks to Kevin for his friendly hospitality!"

"The house is extremely convenient for paddling and hiking locations around Tupper and the Saranac lakes. Convenience of the beach from the house is great, but not being able to park there isnt the most helpful for those bringing their own kayaks or etc. The upstairs bathroom is nice, but doorways are a little short for taller people. Overall it was an excellent trip and the house in the woods was fun!"

"It's a historic propery- about 130 years old. But it's in very good shape. The place has character, but with nice attention to detail. The restaurant/bar is great. The fried cod and chicken meatloaf entrees were delicious, but I didn't like the string beans (undercooked). The room was cozy, clean and quiet (we had one facing the lake and not the street)."

"We rode on Rail Trail from Lake Placid and spent night here in Tupper Lake. Great location for bike riders. Close to the trail head, Racquette River Brewery and Main Street Diner. Rode back to LP next day. Enjoyed our stay in Tupper Lake."

"Lovely cabin very homey. Very clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the cabin is very nice great fire pit. The host was very easy to reach and attentive. Has a well stocked kitchen all you need to cook a meal. A BBQ charcoal grill available to use. Great stay."
