"May we please have a few more stars? This home easily exceeded the "Excellent" rating! Jenny's communications were supportive & responsive. Location was perfect ... so very quiet ...short drive to St. George Island & Apalachicola ... and minutes away from many restaurants. The home was well appointed and tastefully decorated...although we didn't cook, most every possible kitchen appliance was available. Outdoors -- hot tub was SO relaxing ... several comfy sitting areas ... phenomenal pier that brought us a bit closer to the tranquil sunsets. Aptly named ... much needed halcyon days achieved. Thanks for sharing your wonderful space."

"Charming, beautifully restored cottage in a great location, perfect walking distance for all of the quaint downtown shops and restaurants. The house was spotless, the decor welcoming. Only a short drive to the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. Nice size for a couple or small family with sofa bed. Thank you for making our stay awesome!"

"We loved our three night stay! It was in the perfect location, and the home was very accommodating. The laundry is inconvenient, though. It is only open from 9am to 8pm— during the time when we wanted to be out on the town and not waiting on machines. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again. We recommend!"

It made our entire trip effortless and enjoyable.The place was extremely clean, very comfortable, and well cared for. You can tell the hosts take pride in providing a great experience.Speaking of the hosts communication was flawless from start to finish. "The Oyster House is just what it is! Really enjoyed my stay here. It is just as described, and super clean! The kitchen has everything you need to cook your catch from the dock. Loved catching speckled trout in the afternoons when the tide came in. Very short drive to town for anything you might need. The owners are very hospitable and fun to to be around! Plan to come back soon!"
