"Room was clean , air continuing issue that wasn’t taken care of, staff was great, didn’t go to breakfast cause it was another cost that was pricey , parking was tuff cuz was valet n time to get car was longer than anticipated! "

When I mentioned discrepancies between what I booked and what I was given, the response was dismissive, with no effort to investigate or resolve the issue. Based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the booking process through check in, I would not recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in how customers are treated."

"The host and property management were very responsive. We stayed for 1 month and it was very comfortable. Only issue is the freight train that passes by each night. Can be annoying when you are trying to sleep. "
