Dirty room with ants crawling in the tub, bedbugs that attacked my hands and fingers while I slept, leaving me with painful, itchy, red bumps for a week after. Black crud around the tub and bathroom floor. Staff couldn't care less, and they were only concerned with charging the $100 deposit when I checked in. It took ten minutes to make that happen because the touch screen on the credit card reader was too filthy to accept input. "

There were no basic necessities: no forks, dish soap, hand soap, or clean linens. The three towels provided were stained and covered in hair and the A/C barely worked. Blinds were broken, and the overall condition was unacceptable.Management admitted the unit hadn’t been cleaned and told me to stay in a hotel for the first night while they resolved it — but when I returned, nothing had changed. I had to buy my own towels and sheets just to make the space livable. Their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, even admitting to receiving “quite a few” bad reviews. I requested a refund to just go stay in a hotel, however they refused. Avoid this listing at all costs — it’s unsafe, unclean, and a complete scam. "
