"Very soild. We usually stay at another hotel when we go to RVA but we wanted to change it up and stay down in a different neighborhood. Great staff, all helpful. But not a fan of having to valet park (altho it's a nice feature for many since on-street parking is annoying). Restaurant dinner menu looks good, and we heard that the Italian food is very good. "This was GREAT for our stay!! Prince, who is the manager, was WONDERFUL, as was his staff!! Our room was clean, and actually it looked as if the hotel had a recent facelift. One elevator was down, but there were others available, so it really wasn't an issue.
