"During check in, the two bed room we reserved wasn’t available. This wasn’t a huge deal for us but when I entered the room the bed and room were still dirty an hour after check in started (4:00pm). So poor organization and slow cleaning. They moved me again to another room on another floor (4th floor) now with a smaller single bed. New room was ok on cleanliness. The AC in this room was loud and didn’t help cool the room on mild 70F days so I imagine it is worse in the middle of summer. Breakfast options were bagels, one type of cereal although there were 3 dispencers (2 were left empty), a waffle maker (best option here), stale biscuits and cold gravy, then the worst tasting powdered eggs I have had at a hotel. Breakfast was not fully available at 6:00am when it was advertised. Overall, it gets the job done. If you are out of the room most of the day then this isn’t a terrible option for the price but you won’t be getting amenities that would be available at a pricier place. Not the worst place I have stayed at but you get what you pay for too"
