"We did not use the gym or pool. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff was excellent, very knowledgeable."

"First room they put us in smelled off and the kitchenette sink was dirty and backed up. Moved us to a new room it was slightly cleaner but there was mold on the shower curtain. Then we saw a full grown roach in the hall way near the elevators. Pool needed cleaned and no pool towels. Breakfast wasn’t horrible but also saw a big roach by the coffee station which was a big turn off and ended up not eating breakfast again. Front desk staff was friendly for the most part but we had an hour late check out time and an employee walked into our room twice once an hour before normal check out time and then again 10 minutes after normal check out after I had told him we had a late check out time. Definitely won’t be going back it was an overall disappointment. "

"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer we were really looking forward to a fun stay with a pool day only if the area was a little cleaner. Luckily our toddler enjoyed it! "

"Could use remodeling. Ice maker and breakfast fridge were broken. I’ll be looking to stay elsewhere the next time we are in Omaha. "

"The room was spacious and clean. They had a super nice staff. Great snacks in the lobby. Room to hang out in the lobby with kids. It's great!"

"Bed was uncomfortable. Shower did not have adequate pressure. The women in my family had to have a large glass to ensure they got all the shampoo out of their hair."
