"The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. Staff was great! Parking was great!;"

"I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do so and I would give them at least an 8.5 over a five star rating!! Keep up the good work holiday in and express Personnel and staff!"

"The breakfast was fresh they even took requests from long term guests for the following day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend others as well. "

"Warning to future guests: I strongly advise against staying at this one-bedroom VRBO. The condition of the property was unacceptable and far below basic standards.Cleanliness was a major issue. The walls were covered in numerous stains, the floors were dirty, and even the blankets had visible stains. The entire unit felt unsanitary and poorly maintained.On top of that, the furnace was extremely loud and seemed to run constantly, making it very difficult to sleep or relax during the stay.Parking was also a significant problem. Spaces were very limited and extremely small, making it inconvenient and frustrating to park.Overall, this property was a very disappointing experience and did not match reasonable expectations for a rental. I would strongly recommend that future guests look for other options."
