However, the pull out sofa bed was tiny and you could feel every spring in the mattress, making for an uncomfortable and restless night sleep, and one person making a bed out of the couch cushions to sleep on instead, which was frustrating, especially considering the high cost to stay there."

"I killed bugs every day. One of the towels to dry off with was so thin you could see through it. My key card would not unlock the door I needed to use to get to my room, and the girl at the desk kept telling me the door was unlocked. It was not. They put a rock in the door. I came back from outing to see workers in hallway. I duck into my room and go to shut the door to find one of them pushing to door open to not saying anything to grab something out of bathroom."
