Smelled like urine at every entrance that we used and outside of our room door, broken elevator and we had multiple suitcases to haul upstairs, not enough hot water for more than 1 person either night, filthy, LOUD, staff didn’t offer any help when I spoke to her and filthy deserved to be mentioned again.
