"The hotel was beautiful very nice staff. I would have given 5 stars but I requested a late checkout from 11:00am until 1:00 pm. The manager denied us. Just 2 hours. That left a sour taste as we had to wait until 3:00 pm to catch our flight back to Brisbane."

"Lovely treehouse in the forest. No WiFi in cabins can go short walk to reception to use. Our tv didn’t work but that no real hassle. Would have liked a compendium for brief explanation of how things work. Was a great experience to sit and feed the birds and we saw cassowaries. Karen ( relief managers ) was lovely and very helpful"
