Very easy to find. Staff at the desk was very polite and helpful. Actually had access to a ground floor room. Lobby was bright and airy!

Dan and Robin are very thoughtful and caring hosts. The location was very close to falling waters. The place was extremely clean and we were allowed to cook in the kitchen. The nearby town restaurants close early and you may want to take your own food for dinner. Breakfast is provided by the hosts. Only negative is the sound of trains nearby.

We stayed at the Spruce cabin and it was lovely. I wasn't sure what was all included at the cabin as far as amenities. We usually stay at State park cabins, so were pleasantly surprised to find so many things included. For example, dishes, silverware, towels, sheets, pillows......even soap, papertowels, toilet paper and aluminum foil! The beds were comfy and all the appliances worked fine. The campground was quiet. A very pleasant stay at the Inn. Property is beautiful and room was spacious and very clean. Very easy self check in and out. Ligonier is a very nice little town with lots of shops, restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend this Inn and the area.

Lovely, relaxing spa trip with another couple. Service was excellent. My only disappointment is that some dining options were not available during the offseason on weekdays, and the lobby bar was closed, but the quiet and lack of crowds made up for it. We walked into town rather than hike the trails because the weather wasn't conducive, and the path is easily traveled. We like this hotel very much. There is a great restaurant just down the road we have gone to twice now.

My wife and I felt it was a great location staff was awesome and we would definitely stay there again! Location close dining, many things within walking distance we were well pleased! Keep up what you are doing!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We came in by Amtrak on Friday and lft Sunday however we found out there is no transporation on Sunday. We called the front desk to ask if they knew of any way to get us back to Amtrak. Candi who works the front desk tried to find us trasportation however none was available. Candi after completeing her shift waited for us in the hotel lobby to let us know she would be taking us to Amtrak. We look forward to returning however we will pick another day other...

Friendly staff and clean.

Probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, and I usually stay in very expensive places. The shower was so clean I let my toddler take a bath in the tub (something I never allow). The pool was basic, but very clean. Complimentary breakfast in morning was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.
