Great view, great facilities overall, comfortable and clean apartment, friendly, helpful, and responsive staff, and great location. Would stay there again. Only minor negative was that only 2 bath towels were supplied, with no hand towels or face cloths.

Clean and spacious.

Hotel is excellent. Location is great and near to CIQ and shopping and good food. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice place. Very clean, well maintained, polite stuff...

Nice. A lot of shops.

The room was a 5-Star rating. Very large, roomy, modern, quiet and clean. A/C was cold and easy to control. he bathroom was also large and lean with good lighting options.

Clean, friendly and helpful stuff. Good amenities!

A little tough to get to from the train station

The 2-room suite (for 4 of us) was smaller than I expected but is comfortable and clean. The staff at the counter were most supportive, helping us with Touch n go related requests, among others. Location was easy to find, and is accessible without being in a crowded area. Breakfast is moderately good, there were better options on the 2nd day for vegetarians.

This place was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful. It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge! In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too. It was beyond our expectations, better than we expected. It had everything we could wish for. One last thing. The host Patrick...

comfortable clean room, wonderful breakfast, nice area, great view, friendly efficient staff

Amazing stay! The receptionist are helpful and friendly. I really enjoy my stay and a bit sad I had to leave the place for my next trip. You can easily find food and groceries just accross the street from the entrance of the hotel. I recommend shama suasana for anyone who wants to stay at Johor Bahru. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
