Spacious room, comfortable bed, but a bit dated. The location was convenient because there is a mall nearby (there is an interior passage to the mall) which was good for further food options. The staff was excellent - very helpful and kind!

My husband and I stayed here after flying in to Curitiba late at night. Neither of us speaks Portuguese, but the man at the front desk spoke great English and was very helpful. There was a great breakfast buffet the next morning, and there is also a little garden with benches and a gazebo. It felt great to sit in the sun there and relax after our late-night flight and jet lag. The hotel is attractive, with a dramatic lobby and nice seating. We would stay again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor had not been vacuumed, with visible hair and dust throughout. The bathroom was in poor condition, with noticeable mold inside the shower area. Additionally, the towels were small and rough, not providing the comfort one would expect. Overall, the room did not meet basic hygiene standards, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly.

Café da manhã deixou a desejar, pouca variedade e demora na reposição, as mesas permaneciam sujas o que dificultava encontrar um lugar para sentar. Fiquei hospedado durante 4 dias e não repuseram os amenities em nenhum dia, para o padrão Bourbon é inadmissível a falta de atenção com o conforto do hóspede. Acredito que o estacionamento seja gerenciado por uma empresa parceira, porém a retirada do veículo era sempre demorada e danificaram o câmbio do meu carro. Retirada do automóvel no sábado à noite demorou cerca de 25 minutos.
