Super recomendo. Parabéns pela reformas. Quarto grande, tem pancada para trabalho, tem chaleira elétrica e ferto de passar. Tem Restaurante com jantar a noite, fica próximo de shopping. Sempre que estou na região escolho esse Hotel. Preço justo pela entrega.

Precisa melhorar o Restaurante

Houve uma grande melhora com relacao a Recepção, porém, um piora significativa no atendimento do Restaurante, Pessoas Arogantes e Preconceituosas,teve um extrageiro ,funcionário, no cafe da manha , que enquanto eu fui pegar mais cafe ele retirou tudo da mesa, e nem desculpas pediu

Já fiquei hospedado algumas vezes nesse hotel e desta vez, 2 dos 3 dias o quarto ficou sem arrumação. As camareiras simplesmente não apareceram.

Me deixaram no primeiro andar, me senti dormindo dentro da recepção! Uma barulheira, em ambas as noites que passei. Poderia pedir para trocar poderia, mas não o fiz. Dei uma segunda chance, e me ferrei na segunda noite tbm. As camas eram de solteiro e em ambas, tinham uma protetor no colchão que ao se mexer era barulho garantido. Acredito ser uma garantia do hotel para quando crianças ficam no quarto, mas odiei! Enfim, não tive uma boa experiência.

Falta de informação a respeito dos itens do frigobar. Não tem em nenhum dos quartos qualquer tipo de tabela ou informação. Eu estava em um quarto, meus pais estavam em outro. Depois de consumir o terrível susto com o valor e o que é cobrado de impostos sobre os itens, sendo que já foi cobrado os impostos da estadia. Fiquei decepcionada.
