"It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful In securing tours for our stay a helping with bags etc. The food was also delicious. A lot of great options to choose from. "So I read multiple reviews from people who visited this resort and I can honestly say that reserving the diamond club made the experience 1000% better. There was a butler who attended to our every need. They did not skip a beat. Dinner and Spa Reservations were not an issue, we sent our request to the butler and they were made for us for our full duration. I tried looking on the app to reserve dinner myself and it was fully booked. Not sure how that would have worked without a butler but if you visit having the diamond club should be the only way. The main swim up pool bar ran out of things and the staff there was rude but the diamond club swim up bar and restaurants were never an issue. Staff was always pleasant, top shelf liquor was served and was never out of stock. Diamond club pool is calm and peaceful for when you want to step away from the action and could go back to the main pool at any time. I loved it. No complaints."

"If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the spot and location to go too! The property was very well maintained, seconds away from the beach(which was excellent) and near restaurants and entertainment. Staff were very welcoming front desk, mini market on site both ladies were wonderful, cleaning lady Ms. Jones was absolutely the best! The rooms were spacious with all the amenities you need very clean could use some updates to the curtains furniture but otherwise beds very comfortable and a huge balcony or patio to enjoy for relaxing! I would recommend the property to other to explore and experience."

"Walking into the house for the first time and seeing the infinity pool and the beach beyond was just beautiful. The house was very clean and we used the hot tub and pool a lot. We also swam in the beach area and availed ourselves to the chairs, kayak and SUP. There were issues with a loss of power due to problems with the power company. Our property managers were very helpful and did their best in trying to make the best of a hot situation since 2 of our bedrooms were without AC one night. The property managers also helped us with rental cars, a private chef for one night and a boat rental and kept our bottled water restocked. Thank you to Jamie and Luka for such quick responses and genuine concern for our comfort."
