"We loved our stay at Castle in the Sand. They let us park there before our room was ready so we had easy access to the pool and beach. The pool was really nice. We were in one of the cottages and it was not far from the beach at all. You are able to order drinks and food right on the beach or by the pool if you’d like! We would 100% stay here again."
"Could use a little bit of updating, but other than that. Loved our stay. It’s right on the beach. Just steps away from the boardwalk. We got Garden view first floor. It was so nice to just walk out on the balcony in the morning and look at the ocean. The staff was wonderful and nice. The pool was great. Everything was clean. Will be staying again. "I’ve stayed here every year for the past 5 years and it has always been great!! So thank you very much for that. I do however have a safety concern that I would want to suggest to the front desk staff during my stay last weekend. When my key card stopped working, I told the gentleman in the front desk to reactivate it and gave him what I mistakenly thought was my room number. I gave him my name as well for him to confirm that the name and room number was a match. He went ahead and supposedly reactivated my key cards so I assumed that all the information I gave him was indeed a match. When I went to my room to open it though, the key cards didn’t work. That’s when I realized I gave him the wrong room number. So bottom line, he reactivated my key card for someone else’s room. So, this is definitely a safety concern that I hope would be addressed soon in the future."
"We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. We stayed at several resorts and will definitely consider coming back to this one. We really enjoyed the area off of the pool and the cleanliness of the hotel. There was good water pressure, comfortable beds. and we enjoyed the water and ice refill station. The breakfast could have been better and the rooms could’ve been quieter. You could literally hear everything going on in the next room. However, overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend it."
