"Gotta talk to a robot everytime to get transferred to someone to talk to …the whole check in experience was terrible…tried going out to get something to eat just before dark and room would not lock…walked out and went to another motel for security…asked for my money back and so far has not happened….never again for me…my whole work life and social life has been staying in motels and this was my worst experience ever ☹️"
