"Property was clean and had all the amenities needed. The yard is large and fenced in. It’s located near several restaurants and the beach. There is a tenant that lives in the basement part of the house. We never met them - only heard them come in and out. Although no one asked us to be quiet, I did feel a little on edge when my kids were playing or watching a movie. I kept asking them to be quiet. It would have been helpful to know that the property has someone that lives there. I likely wouldn’t have booked since we have 5 kids. "

"We had a wonderful stay with our family! The home is in a very central Cape Cod location making it easy for us to have maximized our vacation to see and enjoy everything from the lower to the upper cape and Martha’s Vineyard. We highly recommend a trip to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham. Eat at Caroline's nearby and hit as many ice cream places as time permits, esp if you’re from California like we are, as nothing beats the local fresh dairy creme out there! The beaches nearby are incredible, especially at low tide..we were out seemed like a mile into the ocean walking around which was so unique and fun! The sunsets were amazing..at the beaches and right from the awesome backyard deck of this cool property. Beds were comfy, everything was thoughtfully stocked and having the grocery store and the yummy burger and shakes place literally within steps is a huge plus for family vacations. Thank you for a great stay! "

"This is our second time staying there and it was peaceful, comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"Stayed for 3 nights in early October. The man in the office was polite and helpful with dining places and other things you wanted to know about. You could tell the motel was renovated not that many years ago. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. If you enjoy wine they had a corkscrew and real wine glasses on a tray with the ice bucket, I liked that. The continental breakfast had everything you need for a good start to your day, even fresh sourdough bread to toast. That was a first at a motel and definitely a treat. We would stay there again in the future. "

"Extremely well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living room. Loved the hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Had lots of fun in the game room. Our group totaled 10, siblings, spouses, and cousins, and all enjoyed great group times around meals at the large dining table, and with games in the living room. The property is well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The property management was very responsive to text inquiries. Activities included sunrise at Nauset Beach and sunset at Skaket Beach - wow! Great restaurants, bakeries, and e-biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Provincetown was a great day trip! And, of course, we made certain to visit the lighthouses! We all had an absolutely delightful time!"
