"I had my concerns about this property before I came but boy were they unfounded. This property was great!!!!! it's like right up the street from Hershey Park. The room was fantastic!!!! It was listed as a family room with two bunk beds, a pull-out sofa, and a queen bed, but I wasn't expecting the room that we got. It was soooo cool!!! It was one big room with everything in one space. The room had a retro theme, a red shoulder high fridge, a red microwave, an Atari game station by the front door, a connect four game mounted on the wall, and a bright red open school locker theme hanging closet for you clothes by the door. We loved it!!!!! The design of the room lent more inspiration to the family theme, and after a long day at Hershey Park everybody just chilled out together either watching TV, playing on the Atari or playing Uno on the big bed in the room. Great place to stay!!! Staff was great, helpful and polite, the building was quiet, (until we came. LOL), there was ample parking, and breakfast was provided in the morning. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very easy check in. Dining staff (1 lady) was great, made sure everything was filled up, quickly cleaning off tables, etc. Continental breakfast was good, alot of options. Will have to say our room faced the highway so we heard traffic all night long. However, my son and family were on the opposite side of the hall and did not hear the traffic."

"I have stayed in hotels at all levels, and though I would certainly not call this one luxurious (the carpet could stand to be replaced, the paint to be refreshed), I give it a five-star rating nonetheless for its excellent customer service. The young man at the desk when I checked in, Jordan K., helped me out when Hotels.com/Expedia would not, going to some trouble to make sure that I and my friend were given our rooms with a minimum of hassle. While he dealt with the paperwork for my issue, he greeted new guests and pointed out the amenities to them. He was polite, professional, and friendly to everyone. Rarely have I been so impressed! For other travelers: Yes, the hotel is a little run-down, and there is no breakfast. (A sign at the desk suggests some nearby restaurant options.) But it is close to downtown Harrisburg (and charges a reasonable fee for overnight parking), the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is awesome. (The woman working the next morning was also extremely pleasant and polite.) I would and will stay here again."
