What an experience at this traditional but convenient setting with modern mixture.
The staffs were wonderful and property was extremely well maintained.
One minor concern is that they did not install any towel hanger so it was a bit uncomfortable.

This was an excellent experience, cute house that we really enjoyed. The owners were amazing, very sweet and attentive over our three nights here.
This is not a hotel stay, so donāt expect that. However they took amazing care of us, restocked some kitchen basics daily, etc.
The only item we did have is that the bed, especially the floor mats in the larger room were uncomfortable. Itās just a thin mat on the floor, which was OK but if you need a mattress and struggle on the floor be aware.

The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didnāt give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building.
Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

The room was very cleaned, and cleaned every day of our stay. The staff were kind, helpful, and very informative about events or how to travel in the area. If I could stay longer, I would choose this hotel again. Check-in and Check-out were very simple, you can use either kiosk or front desk (if a person is there). Towels were changed everyday, room claned, garbage thrown away, and free water bottles. Very nice place. Thank you!

This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations weāve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

This property is very close to the city wall and the view from the rooftop and our room was wonderful! Luda was very helpful. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Location is close to dongdaemun station on foot--much closer than it is by bus. It's very hilly and the steps are steep; not a problem unless you have lots of luggage or mobility issues. Would have liked to not have to take our sorted garbage/recycling to the street corner.

This is my third time staying here in last three years. Spacious, cleanliness, quite , central location, pool, gym and in unit washer/dryer are some of the reason I keep coming back to Orakai which used to be Frasure Suit. If you have a family w kids, you just can't help it. :)
