Great hidden gem

This is a hidden gem in the best place of this part of the country. Very friendly English speaking staff and very friendly and knowledgeable owner. This is a perfect place for families, couples and everybody else. Very relaxing and very child friendly. Will highly recomend. Great pool area

1st really bad review I make. Worked in the travel industry for 35 yearsso I've travelled extensively. Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. We might not be the last customers, as rooms are still bookable (at a reduced rate). Examples: Dirty Pool, not fit to swim in. No drinks in bar, having no ice cubes - machine broke some weeks ago (Have they heard about icetrays???). In 30-35 degrees you'd like a cold drink. They only sell wine by the bottle. Advertising check in 13:00, nobody at reception B4 15:30. No attempt to clear away dirty dinner plates after finished eating. Room: Large, and ok. Fancy shower not working. Minibar: Empty, info sheet saying you’ll be charged a daily fee if you put personal objects in it. No coffee/tea facilities. Basic toiletries in sachets and soapbar. Mosquitos in room: No spray to lend. On the plus side: Safe parking. A very nice employee (student). The place has potential with an ownership that cares, it's a lovely site.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura soprattutto per la presenza della SPA. Solo al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che, a causa della carenza del personale, sia il servizio SPA che il Ristorante erano chiusi. Il ragazzo alla reception in un primo momento ci disse che per il Ristorante bisognava prenotarsi la mattina, mentre, in seguito, il proprietario si scusò che non poteva offrire il servizio di ristorazione a causa della mancanza di personale. Nel suo insieme la struttura è molto carina, la colazione nella norma e la piscina poteva essere un po’ più curata ma comunque è usufruibile. La mia unica lamentela riguarda il fatto che ho prenotato (e pagato) per dei servizi di cui non abbiamo potuto godere. Sarebbe stato più corretto inserire nella descrizione della Struttura la temporanea assenza di tali servizi. Noi avevamo la macchina per poter raggiungere un punto ristorazione a Joppolo ma chi arriva senza mezzo come fa? Auguro al proprietario di poter risolvere al più presto tali problematiche perché la Struttura lo merita.

sehr freundlicher Eigentümer; sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption. super schönes Hotel mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht bis zum Stromboli großer schöner Pool. Ohne Mietauto keine Anbindung; weite Wege zu Geschäften. Strand zum Baden ungeeignet. sehr gutes Restaurant in ca. 1 km Entfernung La Conchiglia

La struttura apparentemente sembra molto bella, giardino, piscina, palme, ecc. Anche dentro sembra abbastanza carina, ma guardando bene i dettagli non sono da 4 stelle assolutamente, rifiniture di porte, lavandino, balcone, lasciano un po' a desiderare. In generale ci siamo trovati bene, a parte per 2 cose: - servizio colazione del 2° e 3° giorno veramente disastroso, non si capiva se si poteva entrare in sala colazioni oppure no, c'era il proprietario che chiedeva agli ospiti cosa volevano ma senza elencare cosa c'era, tant'è che abbiamo preso solo 2 cornetti ed un caffè - il secondo giorno rientrati in camera intorno alle 16:00, la camera non era ancora stata risistemata, siamo dovuti scendere giù nell'attesa che la rifacessero, risaliti su era tutto riordinato ma non è stata rimessa la carta igienica! Il costo è sicuramente spropositato rispetto al tipo di struttura (che vuole SEMBRARE) un 4 stelle, e soprattutto al tipo di servizio offerto. Al check-out siamo stati omaggiati di alcune conserve e sottolio del posto, cosa gradita, ma che comunque non esclude le criticità riscontrate durante il soggiorno.

non ho potuto vedere la struttura se non dall'esterno, poiché la mia prenotazione per la notte di ferragosto non é stata registrata dalla struttura e quindi ho dovuto andarmene e trovare velocemente un altro posto dove pernottare che non fosse la macchina. Pensavo che lo scoglio da superare fosse essere rimborsati da expedia, ed ho chiesto al responsabile della struttura una dichiarazione scritta che attestasse l'accaduto. Mi sbagliavo. Dalla struttura non ho ricevuto nulla, neanche la minima empatia per l'accaduto, mentre la persona che ha risposto del call center expedia, contattata il giorno successivo, è stata gentile, comprensiva ed efficace, avviando il rimborso completo in giornata. E porgendomi le scuse dovute, visto il disagio vissuto.

C'è da migliorare!

La struttura è carina(anche se isolata),la camera confortevole e con un bel terrazzo. La colazione è sufficiente. Purtroppo un giorno abbiamo avuto una brutta sorpresa...la stanza nn era stata né pulita né rassettata e nn abbiamo ricevuto neanche una motivazione a riguardo o delle scuse. Alla reception il personale(non del luogo) non ha saputo fornire aiuto sui dintorni e sugli spostamenti. Il personale di sala della colazione c'era ad intermittenza...Purtroppo a volte la gentilezza non basta se nn c'è efficienza. La spiaggia è vicina ma nn c'è sabbia,soltanto roccia.

das war die dritte Station auf der Rundreise. Ich habe das Hotel (2 Zimmer) wegen den angepriesenen Ausblick auf das Meer gebucht. In der Reisebestätigung stand "Standard-Doppelzimmer, Balkon, Meerblick". Vielleicht stimmt das auch, wenn man in den oberen Etagen ist. Wir hatten die Zimmer 104 und 105 und die sind mehr als enttäuschend. Das Meer kann kann vielleicht zwischen den Bäumen erahnen, Sonne kam keine (kein Balkon vorhanden), nebenan ist die Küche oder Wäscherei, jedenfalls Lärm ab spätestens 7 Uhr. Wir haben nach zugesagten Zimmern gefragt, aber angeblich was das Hotel voll ausgebucht. Wenn man dazu nimmt, dass die Strassen zum Ort eine Katastrophe sind, im Ort nichts los ist, der Strand 10 Meter breit und eine Steinwüste war, dann war der Aufenthalt eine Enttäuschung und ich kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
