"the staffs in the hostel is extremely friendly, great location, just a mins walk to the busiest area with a lot of resturants. if you are looking for a budget place with good condition, here is the place "

"Dirty and very noisy. Never recommend it to anyone "

" Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps, table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided) The biggest frustration on this accommodation was the lacking of signage-only sign is on front/main door, once you get inside, ur lost! "Good location "

"We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel when we traveled to Jordan from US. The Cliff Hotel locates exactly in central downtown so that almost all taxi drivers know where the hotel is. The owner and staffs are absolutely honest and friendly. They provided daily tour for us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea. They even drove us to the King Hussein Bridge Crossing across the board to Jerusalem. The Cliff Hotel thinks about their customer first and takes care of us very much. They make you...

"No one when I arrived at the hostel it’s was 10 pm I tried to contact the owner he answer 45 min later and tell he was very sorry because it was Ramadan and that I couldn’t come. So I have to drive by night 3 hours to find a new place. So I haven’t spend my night I hope I won’t be charge for that!!! It’s a shame "

"Perfect"

"The hospitality was awesome. Good dorms. Location is very good."

"For the price i cannot complain. "

"When we arrived in Wadi Musa, the hotel was closed. They moved us to a nearby hotel instead. However, they repeatedly insisted they hadn’t received our payment—even though we had already paid through Hotels.com—and tried to charge us again."

"great location perfect service"

"Beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by nature "

"Good stay and great view and a romantic place "

"Had an amazing stay with Ayed Abu Bilal, the place is peaceful, relaxing and a great price. Went for a climbing holiday and he was super helpful offering advice and suggestions on where to go. Also arranging rides to the more remote places away from the village. There’s even topos printed at the hostel as a bonus. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for my partner and I. Overall wonderful time and definitely would stay here again!"
