"Amazing view phenomenal unit extremely clean and new. Staff was amazing and very convenient too was more than I expected. I highly recommend this place in his family friendly it is in front of the water yet extremely safe and quiet during bedtime. We'll see it on the 10th floor I will definitely be returning mind you that these views are available everywhere but the peace and comfort and the staff will bring us back."

"What a luxurious and beautiful place this is. We were here for 2 nights at the beginning of our Mazatlan stay and were so happy here that we changed our plans to return after several nights at another more touristy location. This is truly a boutique hotel with exceptional service, tasteful decor and everything high quality and very comfortable. The staff (manager Martin, front desk Ana, house keeping Micelia, and everyone else) are exceptionally well trained and made us feel right at home, if our home were this luxurious! We loved the small tranquil pool, and the gym, while smallish, features a beautiful view, and even has a Peloton bike! The restaurant is also excellent. Highly recommend and only hope it isn’t booked up the next time we return to Mazatlan!"

"I stayed in the fantastic property for 2.5 months and loved every minute of my stay. Any small issues that popped up were handled very quickly. The home is close to everything in Centro Historica and located on a relatively quiet street. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern small appliances and good quality items usually found in your kitchen. I recommend you bring your favourite Kcup coffee pods with you as pods are near impossible to find in Mazatlan. The roof top covered deck was our sanctuary from the heat and humidity on many afternoons. Only 3 blocks from Olas Atlas beach and a 20 minute walk to the Stone Island water taxi. Overall the property is well located and Occan Properties staff are great to deal with."

"The kitchen appliances worked well. Utensils and dishes were adequate. The space was comfortable for two people. The large balcony with multiple sliding patio doors provided a view of the bay and beach and allowed for plenty of sea breeze to blow through the apartment. Air conditioning worked. Bathrooms are small, but fully functional. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space. As the apartment overlooked the main road and malecon, with side streets on either side, street noise was a bit much at times. But that was expected. The apartment was clean, except for some surfaces ( like the top of the fridge) that only a tall person would notice. The location provided a pleasant ocean view, within walking distance of the Centro neighbourhoods. Communication with the rental agent was fairly easy with essential details provided to make check in straight forward. Communication was in Spanish, not my first language, so I did have to verify that I understood instructions correctly. I enjoyed my stay."
