    -SHOWER before using hot tub. If hot tub has to be drained you will be charged for this, please shower to avoid this.
    -Please remove shoes in the home
    - a security deposit will be required for guests that do not have any prior reviews or have less than 5 star review
    - late check out or early check in fee of $250 without prior approval
