"Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, spa/gym was very nice, and the breakfast was great with the coffees and the wellness shot (although it was pretty repetitive with little rotation). Would recommend this hotel as the location is also a huge plus."

"The staff were very helpful, especially those on the front desk. The breakfast was exceptionally varied and replenished appropriately. The swimming pool and sauna was kept in very good order. The pool is not cleaned using chlorine, which is a positive. The gym has enough to maintain fitness but could do with some extra weights. One improvement could be to repair the seal around the windows in all rooms to minimise the external noise entering the room."

"Room was very cosy and spacious, the hotel interrior is very nicely modeled and is clean and well maintained. The amenities are very useful especially the parking where a spot is always available, but you need to call or text them for the security person to come open the parking barrier. Hotel is slightly tough to find and can use few more signs but if you know how the building looks from the outside you should be good. Breakfast is has some good options. I would recommend it."

"The hotel is amazing and brand new but the staff isn’t too welcoming and everyone gives you stern looks. I would probably try to find a more friendly boutique hotel for my next visit in Yerevan."
