"We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

"This was an excellent property to use as a base for watching the rugby world cup in the south of France. Great location between Juan les Pins and Antibes. Lovely swimming pool. If you wish to use this property for a relaxed villa based holiday be aware there is only one shared bathroom and one ensuite."

Definitely get in the recommended chef - he cooks an absolutely incredible meal. 13 of us stayed, 6 adults and 7 kids and we all had the best holiday"

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...
