"The location was perfect! Options of tram, train or bus. Hotel is very clean and very comfy. Unfortunately the breakfasts were a mess. Rude staff and a chef that can’t even fry an egg. Every morning was a challenge! Besides that it was a perfect stay."

She went above and beyond for us throughout our stay, always ready to help with a smile. When our tour operator didn’t turn up, she took the time to assist us, helped plan alternatives, and made sure we were okay at every step. Her kindness and professionalism made our trip so much more enjoyable. We couldn’t be more grateful — highly recommended!"
