"The apartment was exactly as on the website. A suggestion for improvement is that it needs to be cleaned well. It was well equipped and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The drinking water tap was appreciated. The kitchenette is helpful. The location is close to bars, restaurants and cafes. You can walk to paseo de la reforma and Chapultepec castle. The historic centre is a short Uber ride away. Kukun was excellent with communication. They responded promptly to our request for a few more towels...

"I really wanted to leave a five star review for this hotel because it’s modern, clean, and safe. However, there were a few things that made me downgrade my review. The positive; rooms are spacious and modern, the city view from my room was amazing, area is green and walkable with plenty of places to eat, building is clean and wheelchair/stroller accessible. The negatives; there was no hot water for all seven days of my stay, no A/C only some small fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable at...
