They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "I found the hotel very clean and tidy, with interiors recently refurbished, in particular the bathrooms were equipped with newest facilities. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleeping experience and above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had many features that you'd normally find in a 5 star hotel. I have nothing negative to report and can only recommend the hotel. "

"Overpriced, in the middle of nowhere, nobody present. Online login didn’t work. Had to call multiple times to get in. Their system couldn’t send me a text or even an email. Hard to type in the 9 digit code in poorly lit hallway on a lousy keyboard that is so low that I had to kneel. Can’t get to this hotel with public transport "
