Arrival & Check-In

* Check-in begins at **4:00 PM**.
* Your unique access code will be sent prior to arrival and will operate all guest-accessible keyless entry doors.
* The **garage is not available for guest access**.
* The primary entrance to the home is located upstairs via the balcony entrance.
* Please conduct a walk-through of the property upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours of any concerns or maintenance issues.

Parking

* A maximum of **two vehicles parked in tandem** are permitted in the driveway.
* Additional vehicles must park on approved public streets.
* Please do not block neighboring driveways or roadways.

Internet Access

* WiFi access is provided through our StayFi guest network.
* Connection instructions and QR codes are available throughout the property.

The Heart of Julian is a mountain home and uses multiple heating and cooling systems for guest comfort.

* The upstairs living area is heated by a mini-split system.
* Each bathroom includes an electric wall heater.
* Additional portable heaters are available in the bedrooms.

Air Conditioning

* A mini-split air conditioning system serves the upstairs living, dining, and kitchen areas.
* Ceiling fans throughout the home help circulate air.
* The lower level remains naturally cool year-round due to the home`s hillside design.
* For best cooling performance, please keep all exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioning system is operating.

Fireplaces & Fire Pits

- Pot Belly Stoves

* Upstairs: Traditional wood-burning pot belly stove.
* Downstairs: Electric pellet pot belly stove.
* Firewood and pellets are provided for normal guest use.

Please exercise caution when operating any heating appliance and never leave fires unattended.

Outdoor Fire Pits

The property features two outdoor gas fire pits:

1. Front Courtyard Fire Pit (self-igniting)
2. Backyard Gazebo Fire Pit (manual ignition)

Please:

* Turn off propane after each use.
* Do not roast food directly over the flames.
* Never leave fire unattended.
