Our hotel and the Holiday inn next door shared an underground parking garage. Apparently the kiosk where you pay was not working. You had to pay at the desk in the hotel. They never mentioned that when we asked if we pay for parking. We recommended that they put a sign on it so people would know. It was very frustrating. Tried with card, then cash and neither one worked"

"Staff were warm & welcoming. Dinner in restaurant was very good, although it has a small menu choice, it catered for all. The tiramisu was delicious. Modern, exceptionally clean & comfortable room. Wi-Fi was spotty at times & it would’ve been lovely if there had been some furniture on the large balcony. "

"We will be back! Staff were 10/10, really made our trip special - It’s the small details with this place. You can tell the staff are happy working here :) Although the spa is relatively small (at the moment), it was perfect and not too crowded. We had the sauna and steam room to ourselves during our stay, and the jacuzzi for the morning sunrise all to ourselves. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing too."
