"Absolute 100/10 stay, we cannot wait to come back. The staff here were so attentive and kind, nothing was too much for them! I lost my phone and the hotel was nothing but helpful when contacting the company I lost my phone at. The hotel rooms are stunning, clean and modern. The breakfast, lunch and dinner selections are top class and the chef’s will literally make you whatever you want ( I am a fussy eater so this was perfect for me! ). There was no hash browns on one morning and I asked if they could make me some and they came out with a whole plate full! That is the only was I can describe this hotel- you ask for something and you go above and beyond for you. We were so grateful for the amazing gifts left in our hotel for my partners birthday and for Easter ! The private beach is perfect and insanely SAFE, we left our bags on the beach everyday as we knew the lifeguards are always watching and keeping everything safe. The hotel is directly on the beach and just down from JBR strip of shops, restaurants and beach clubs. Thank you SO much Sheraton for the most perfect and relaxing holiday. We hope to come back soon! "

"Location was in close proximity to the beach and lots of tourist-focused restaurants. Hotel was very well maintained, food was great and staff were very helpful. Taxis and Uber were available almost in an instant everyday. There was however traffic getting in everyday and every time."

"Great location on JBR near to everything you ever need. Cove beach was great to receive access to. Staff is super friendly and they were really accommodating when I had room issues. Also they helped me with a late checkout so we really appreciate that! Also a big thanks to Olex in the restaurant helping us out"
