Concierge staff helpful, staff in general helpful. However, the bellboy staff at curbside are very rude and disrespectful towards guests. Price for parking/valet is outrageous at 36 buxs a day.
Overall for the price they charge for the stay is over the top. Place definitely needs upgrades"
