"I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and my impressions each time have been consistent. Helpful, professional staff, large comfortable rooms, but the bathrooms could do with a refresh."

The location on George Street was perfect, with fantastic dining, shopping, sightseeing, and bars all just steps away. We truly loved our time here and would happily stay again!"

"The hotel is nice and staff friendly but interior tired and needs updating. Towel rail kept falling off, hand basin drain not working well. Room with annex and sliding door access a bit strange and difficult to lock sliding door. TV doesn’t chrome cast so you could only watch free to air TV."

"Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations! "
