"إقامة رائعة جداً و الفندق ممتاز ومن افضل الفنادق التي سكنتها في اوروبا و يستحق ٥ نجوم و اخص بالشكر الموظفة ماريا فقد كانت متعاونة جداً و رائعة في التعامل و الفندق في السنتر مباشرة .
الغرف واسعة و الاسرة جداً واسعة.
العيب الوحيد هو الباركنات حيث انها تكلف ٢٠ يورو للسيارة"
"The hotel is in heart of the Innsbruck historic district. It is a very well kept property with extremely good customer service. All the good food places were an easy walk. Bedding was good and internet was decent speed for a free hotel connection. The best was good parking arrangement with a partner hotel that made life easy for us."

"Wir bekamen ein Upgrade für Zimmer im neuen Haus. Die Zimmer sind äußerst großzügig und verfügen über viel Stauraum, die Betten sind ausgesprochen gut! Ansonsten: Toller Pool, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.

"I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet.
I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large!

"We loved our stay here. The property is situated far away enough from the centre to be quiet, but close enough to have a nice walk into the city. A shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk away which is convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Staff were very helpful and there is parking just around the corner which was also very convenient. "
