This furnished 4 x bedroom, 2 x bathroom property has air-conditioning to the main living area, a well-equipped kitchen, separate games room, bathtub in second bathroom, patio area with outdoor setting & gas 4 burner BBQ, large yard with access for boat parking, laundry facilities (washing machine only) and large fridge/freezer.

This property allows Outside Pets Only. (Outside Only).

Dalveen Cottage will sleep 9 guests.

The bedding arrangement is 2 x queens, 2 x singles and 1 x tri-bunk. Bunk beds are not suitable for adults.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
