"The staff were fabulous but in the evening you just were so short of staff for servicing the dining area and booking people in to the hotel ⊠in fact I counted 2persons to do the check in, bar, and a busy restaurant for orders etc ⊠so well done to them ⊠the evening food was superb and breakfast was fine "

"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say? "We had to wait 2 hours for the hotel to open and the restaurant was closed on the night we were there.
The owner was helpful in booking a restaurant meal for us locally. Our room was a good size, quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate French fare."

"We loved our stay here! It was so quaint and lovely. The staff are wonderful and spoke fluent English. There are two units which house guests- we loved the view of the charming garden from our room. Although we got in too late to book time at the hot tub, we did get to enjoy a lovely afternoon in the conservatory. We also ordered coffee for room service and it was delightful!"
