"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say? "Neat older facility. Only restaurant available was in hotel. It was good, but a little pricey. Breakfast options were great. Smoking area in courtyard was unavoidable unfortunately."

"Amazing stay if you like history and character. Right at the entrance of Mont-Saint Michel. "
"Between 9 am and 630 pm you can barely walk down the street because theres SO many people. Hotel was good. Check in is near the entrance and should be specified as we walked up to the hotel, which took about 25 minutes to get 100 feet before being turned around and sent back to the entrance… Not all rooms are actually within the hotel. Facilities were good once we found our room."
"We stayed as two couples. The hotel rooms were very clean and well equipped. We were beside the restaurant for breakfast which was handy. Was lovely to stay in the island and have the quieter times at night and early morning before the crowds came. "

The hotel does seem dated but we were told they were in the middle of renovations. We also arrived an hour early and they did not allow us to check in early. The hotel is located right next to a shuttle to Mont Saint Michel which was convenient. "
