"We enjoyed the apartment very clean and accurate listing. We have a couple of suggestions going forward:1) the shower in master bathroom moves around during shower time. 2) have shower gel and soap in shower. 3) better description for garbage; ie. recycling items and where to place them. 4) better instructions for stovetop. "We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. "

"Room was clean, quiet and had great air conditioning during heat wave! Liked: - Great location to access harbour swimming pool and grocery store / shops - 30 min walk to several harbour sights but also alternatives of quick 5 min walk to Metro station or 5 min walk across pedestrian/bike bridge to get harbor ferry for destinations further out - On site bike rentals easy to use and in good shape - Complimentary towels for use at harbour pool Considerations: - Housekeeping is by request only and ours happened 2 days after we requested not the next day despite putting in verbal request before noon / 12pm - Better signage for mini bar rather than having to scan QR - No dinner service on sight or traditional restaurants close by, however the mall next door has good food variety and you can easily bike, walk or take metro / bus Overall was a great stay and would definitely stay again and recommend!"

"I enjoyed my stay overall, but the room maintenance was disappointing. It would be helpful if guests were informed at check-in that room cleaning must be requested one day in advance. Once I learned this, I emailed my request, but the room was never cleaned. During my stay, I had to request basic items such as toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. The toilet was also clogged from the first day and was never properly addressed. Since housekeeping never came, I was instructed to leave my trash outside the room, which made the experience feel more like self-service than a stay at a four-star hotel. In addition, the pillow shams had a musty, damp smell. I requested replacements, but they were never provided. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was especially appreciated during the warm summer days. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout curtains. During the summer, the sun rises very early and doesn't set until after 10:00 p.m., so darker curtains would make the rooms much more comfortable for sleeping."

"Well located for the harbour and most sights. Some of the rooms overlook each other quite closely which makes them rather dark. When speaking to reception they told us that is what you get for this standard of room. It made me feel a bit of a underclass citizen. The room was at the lowest temperature setting but seemed to get very warm at night- not sure if they turned the system off Any of the hotel facilities needed to be paid for separately. The breakfast had a good spread, food was continually being stocked up, and tables quickly cleared. Food was good- although there were NO danish pastries. We are in Denmark and the pastries were plain croissants and greasy cinnamon rolls: no cakes or tarts. There is a spacious area downstairs to sit if you need to checkout then wait for flights. They allowed us to use an unmanned room to leave our luggage for free on the last day before our evening departure."

"Booked the Lounge access room and the room allocated was great, lounge is OK to repair to at days end. Loved the breakfast and huge credits to Mostafa- he was brilliant, caring and fun to talk to. The breakfast area was pristine, not a finger mark on the toaster and choice was great. Staff generally were lovely and we would always come back! STROMMA HOHO bus stops right out front, close to railway stations and waterfront for sundowners. 🙏"
